Dataism

For I have to believe in something divine
I do believe in the data mine.
The steps I do, the heartbeats I feel,
any rise of tension, any pain in my heel
are recorded by my apps and processed there.

What I get are commandments
as if through the air,
designed for me for feeling well,
devoid of the threats of hell,
no promise of heaven in sight,
but a data-fulfilled life.
